Many of our small farmers & cooperatives cannot afford expensive certification, so our Kaffeebrewda coffee and espresso specialties are not certified - but we still pay attention to sustainable cultivation because we know our coffee farmers and their working methods. In our exciting seminars, we bring you this coffee knowledge about cultivation, processing, fermentation of coffee cherries & the perfect ways to prepare coffee & espresso.
