The Barista Seminar - for everyone who has always wanted to know how to make the perfect cappuccino in a coffee cup!

Good coffee is like liquid happiness!

Erik’s mission is to bring this experience of enjoyment into a cup and to spread it around the world: as a barista, roasting master, coffee consultant and sommelier, the “Kaffeebrewda” is fully committed to the art of coffee.

So who wants to have fun with the portafilter machine?

In the barista seminar, you will learn everything about espresso, how to froth milk properly and why the protein content and not the fat content is so important. Of course, we will conjure up a heart in the cappuccino together - you can do it easily!

The theory part of the barista seminar is all about coffee, espresso and operating the espresso machine. You will learn how to set the coffee grinder correctly for the different coffee specialties. The grinder is sooooo important and is often neglected.

In the practical part, you can try out the professional portafilter machine! The focus is on grinding and preparing espresso and frothing milk. Over- and under-extraction are demonstrated and tasted in practice. And of course, the topic of latte art cannot be missed. Here you will learn everything about milk, milk foam and figure training.

It was a very nice experience to discover the different aspects of coffee brewing
