What do you have to consider when using fully automatic coffee machines?

Basically, the coffee for the fully automatic machine should be roasted darker. Otherwise, the high pressure during coffee preparation can quickly cause the coffee to taste very acidic and sour. A darker roast level ensures that more acid is broken down during the roasting process, making the coffee taste milder and softer. These acids are then already broken down when the coffee is prepared. With our fully automatic coffee machines, we make sure that the roast level does not exceed the second crack and the coffee does not become too dark.
