The Hario V60 comes from Japan and owes its name to the angle of the filter, i.e. 60 degrees. The internal slats and its large outlet hole ensure that the extraction time has the best effect on the coffee and thus the best coffee aromas are washed out. Hario used to be at home in medical technology, but has been dedicated to coffee since the 1950s.
