About the Lund Bakery & Confectionery
Lund – a family business consisting of a café and restaurant with its own confectionery, bakery, and Sylt-style ice cream production. Owner Jens Lund now runs the family business in its third generation with great care and respect for tradition. His sister Maike is responsible for sales in the shop.

Lund is particularly known for its sourdough breads, baked in a traditional stone oven. The team places great emphasis on organic ingredients and a long fermentation process, which gives the breads their characteristic, robust flavor. In addition to baking, the pastry shop produces fresh cakes, pastries, and delicate cookies daily – including the popular "Island Cakes" and the homemade "Lund Iskreem" ice cream.
In the cozy café with its terrace, guests can enjoy the specialties right there – whether for breakfast, a slice of strawberry tart in the afternoon, or a hearty lunch.
